Crews contain fuel leak at St. Joseph Hospital

TAMPA — Fire crews contained a 40- or 50-gallon fuel spill Thursday afternoon at St. Joseph's Hospital, the department said.

Tampa Fire Rescue responded at 1:02 p.m. to a report of a fuel leak at 3001 W Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

Fire Rescue said its crews quickly contained the diesel fuel and no one was injured.

Environmental agencies were notified of the leak, Fire Rescue said.
