Firefighter injured in Riverview house fire

RIVERVIEW — A firefighter was injured when part of a roof collapsed during a house fire Tuesday afternoon, Hillsborough County Fire Rescue said.

The fire was reported about 11 a.m. at a mobile home at 12914 Darla Drive. The fire was heavy in the attic space, which caused a partial roof collapse.

The firefighter was taken to a local hospital and was in good condition, said Fire Rescue spokeswoman Jessica Damico.

No other injuries were reported.
