Firefighters battle mobile home fire at King's Manor Estates in Largo

Firefighters cut a large hole in the side of a mobile home in Largo’s King’s Manor Estates as they battled a fire there Monday morning. The smoke damage was extensive.

Firefighters cut a large hole in the side of a mobile home in Largo’s King’s Manor Estates as they battled a fire there Monday morning. The smoke damage was extensive.

LARGO — Firefighters responded to a mobile home fire off Belcher Road in Largo on Monday morning.

The fire began about 7:30 a.m. at 1399 Belcher Road S, Lot 290, in King's Manor Estates. No one was believed to be injured, according to dispatchers. Firefighters had to cut a large hole in the side of the home and the smoke damage was extensive.

It was not immediately clear what started the fire. An investigation remained under way Monday.
