TAMPA — An industrial accident Sunday afternoon at RiverHawk Marine sent two workers to the hospital.

The workers were overcome with fumes while cleaning inside a ship in a dry dock on the 5200 block of Tyson Avenue.

One worker became trapped inside. Tampa Fire Rescue, which responded to the accident around 5 p.m., was eventually able to rescue him. The worker was taken to a local hospital.

The other worker managed to get out on his own and was treated by paramedics. He was also taken to a local hospital and was in good condition.
