CLEARWATER — A man escaped from a home early Tuesday after a fire sparked inside the house, fire rescue said.
The fire was reported about 2:30 a.m. at 614 Orange Ave.
Firefighters were able to control the blaze inside the two-story house within 20 minutes, Clearwater Fire and Rescue said.
The man refused medical treatment. It was unclear early Tuesday whether he had been injured.
An investigation remained under way Tuesday morning.
