Man accused of exposing himself to teens at Wesley Chapel carnival

Pa. man is accused of exposing himself

A 55-year-old man was arrested Friday night after, deputies say, he pulled up to a carnival and exposed himself to three young teens.

Two 13-year-olds and a 14-year-old were walking toward the Spring Fair at The Shops at Wiregrass when Stephen Racik pulled up in a red pickup and exposed himself to the teens, according to a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report. A deputy and security guard tracked down Racik in the parking lot a few minutes later and arrested him.

Records indicate Racik is from Jankintown, Pa. It's unclear what he was doing in Pasco County.

He was charged with three counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition and was released Sunday from the Land O'Lakes jail after posting $30,000 bail.
