TAMPA —Three northbound lanes of a segment of West Shore Boulevard were closed Monday afternoon as workers repaired a water main break, water department officials said.
The lanes were shut down just south of the intersection with Kennedy Boulevard. Two lanes remained open, one for left turns onto Kennedy and another for remaining traffic and right turns.
Repairs to the water main were expected to be completed by midnight Monday, with ensuing work on the road scheduled to be done by noon Wednesday, officials said.
Drivers were advised to seek alternate routes.
