Pinellas deputies' 'Wolf Pack' makes DUI arrests

Pinellas County deputies issued 14 charges and 19 citations, according to Sheriff's Office reports, as part of a roving countywide effort initiated Friday to reduce injuries related to driving under the influence.

The operation is dubbed "DUI Wolf Pack."

Deputies issued seven DUI citations, one charge of failing to submit to a breath, blood or urine test, three charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, one charge of driving without a valid license, one charge of marijuana possession and one warrant arrest. They issued 19 citations in all.

The enforcement effort was from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday.
