CLEARWATER — Authorities rescued six divers Saturday from a sinking 24-foot fishing boat located five miles southwest of Clearwater Pass, U.S. Coast Guard officials said.

The Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg received a call about the sinking boat about 11:30 a.m. Saturday. An auxiliary boat crew pulled five people from the water, while the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission rescued a sixth diver from the vessel.

No injuries were reported, authorities said.
