The driver of the pickup was trapped inside the vehicle. Ramon J. Ortiz-Velazquez, 41, of Riverview died at the scene from his injuries, police said.
In the second vehicle, driver Iziah D. Wyche, 23, of Temple Terrace sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital by a family member, according to police. The driver of the third vehicle, Nina Clark, 26, of Tampa was not hurt.
