Tarpon Springs neighborhoods under boil water notice today

TARPON SPRINGS — Homes in northwest Tarpon Springs are under a boil water notice after a water line break Sunday night, city officials said. The break at Florida Avenue and Forde Avenue interrupted water service for about 200 homes before it was repaired overnight, officials said. Neighborhoods west of the break, on Parkside Colony Drive, Windrush Bay Drive and Windrush Loop, are under the boil water notice today. Other areas, including the Explorers Cove subdivision, may have been affected during the repair but aren't required to boil their water.
