Three safely escape early-morning fire at Largo home

LARGO — A crashing noise early Sunday woke three people to discover their house was on fire, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said.

Faith Ann Ferry, 20, and Taylor M. Rafferty, 18, escaped with Allison J. Cservak, a 4-year-old they were caring for, the Sheriff's Office said. None were injured.

The fire started shortly before 3 a.m. at Ferry's house, 1801 S Lake Ave.

Detectives were investigating what caused the fire.
