Two Pasco High students charged with school vandalism

DADE CITY — Two students were arrested Thursday in connection with thousands of dollars worth of vandalism at Pasco High School.

Dade City police say they traced the vandalism to Dylan Wade Olney and Kendrick Alexander Stewart, both 18-year-old students at Pasco High.

On April 12, students and teachers found spray paint on walls and a walkway, as well as toothpicks glued into the locks of classroom doors. A stolen car sat in the commons area between the lunchroom and the library and another damaged car in a student parking lot, police reports state.

The total damage to the school: $7,000.

Olney and Stewart were charged with felony criminal mischief, burglary and trespassing. Both were taken to the Land O'Lakes jail.
