Watch: Car burglars hit townhome parking lot

St. Petersburg Police released a video Thursday that they hope helps identify some car burglars caught in the act.

On Feb. 19 about 5 a.m., the suspects were trying car door handles and burglarizing the unlocked ones in the area of 2917 47th Ave. S and 3102 47th Ave. S, at the White Hall Townhomes.

Police ask that if you recognize the way they walk, their clothing or their hairstyles, give this video a second look to help identify them.

Anyone with information is asked to contact civilian investigator Gerald Crawford at (727) 893-7543 or the Auto Theft Unit at (727) 893-7080.
