United Methodist Church of Sun City Center will hold two Christmas shows this weekend at 1210 Del Webb Blvd. W. Christmas with the Celts, an instrumental and dance show, is at 6:30 tonight. Christmas Treasures, a hand bell show, is at 4 p.m. Sunday. Donations appreciated. (813) 634-2539.

First Baptist Church of Progress Village will hold a swap day from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at 8616 Progress Blvd. The church will distribute clothes, food, toys and household items. (813) 677-1948.

Disciples of Christ Christian Fellowship in Gibsonton will hold a Christmas Extravaganza from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Riverview Civic Center, 11020 Park Drive. There will be food and entertainment. (813) 677-8600.

Brandon Christian Church will perform a live nativity with a narrative at 7 and 8 p.m. Sunday and Monday at 910 Bryan Road. On Thursday, the church will hold a Christmas Eve service at 7 p.m. Visitors welcome. (813) 689-4021.

First United Methodist Church of Brandon will hold several Christmas Eve services Thursday at 120 N Knights Ave.: 5 p.m., family service; 7 p.m., full choir, orchestra and candle lighting; 9 p.m. praise band and candle lighting; 11 p.m., bell choir, communion and candle lighting. (813) 689-4161.

Journey Church in Riverview will hold a Christmas Eve service at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at 10022 Cristina Drive. Visitors are welcome. (813) 741-9366.
