Brooksville

Faith Fellowship Church, 19255 Campground Road, will host a Gospel Jam from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday. People are invited to join in singing, play an instrument or just listen. Those interested in performing should arrive at 4:30 p.m. for setup. Refreshments will be served at the free event. Call (352) 754-9330.

Spring Hill

Spring Hill United Church of Christ, 4244 Mariner Blvd., will have a Songfest, with a music theme of love, friendship and hope, from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday. The public is invited for an evening of sing-alongs, solos, karaoke and music by church members. Free. (352) 683-4870.

The Baha'is of Hernando County will host a presentation and talk, "Spiritual Freedom Experienced through the Arts," at 7 p.m. today at Spring Hill United Church of Christ, 4244 Mariner Blvd. Transportation is available, and refreshments will be served. Call (352) 666-7280.

Mariner United Methodist Church, 7079 Mariner Blvd., will have its last yard sale of the season from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. today and Saturday. Household items, crafts, electronics, small appliances, boutique items, books, pictures, baskets, linens, toys, jewelry, furniture, yard items, tools and clothing will be sold. Food, drinks and baked goods will be available for purchase.

Aglow International Spring Hill Chapter will have a breakfast meeting at 8:45 a.m. April 20 at Evergreen Woods, 7030 Evergreen Woods Trail. The speaker will be club president Judy LaRose.
