Brooksville

First Baptist Church of Garden Grove, 18131 Stromberg Ave., will have revival services at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday and at 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. The speaker will be the Rev. Lewis Miller. Call (352) 796-2209.

Faith Fellowship Church, 19255 Campground Road, will host a free gospel sing from 2 to 5 p.m. today. People attending may sing or play an instrument, or just listen. A karaoke machine will be available for CDs. All ages are welcome, and light refreshments will be served. Anyone planning to play an instrument should arrive by 1:30. Christ Lutheran Church, 475 North Ave. W, will offer its annual fashion show and luncheon, hosted by the Mary Martha Guild, beginning at noon Feb. 16. Christ the Savior Greek Orthodox Church, 13460 Olympic Village Lane, will have its third annual Greek Festival from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Feb. 8 and 9 at the Hernando County Fairgrounds, 6436 Broad St. There will be live music by Demetri and the Islanders Band, traditional Greek dance performances, dancing by Shazadi and Jewels of the Desert, carnival games, balloon art, a Kids Village with bounce houses, a cooking demonstration and free dance lessons. Greek food will be available for purchase, and there will be door prizes throughout the day, with a grand prize drawing at 8 p.m. Saturday. Admission is $1; prize tickets cost $10 each or three for $25. Proceeds will benefit the Hernando Shrine Club, HPH Hospice and the church. Call (727) 856-1332.

Faith Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 200 Mount Fair Ave., will offer an American Heart Association HeartSaver adult, child and infant CPR/First Aid class from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 5 p.m. Jan. 26. Also, a basic life support/CPR class for health care workers will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Jan. 28. The registration fee is $20 for each class. Space is limited; preregistration is suggested. Hudson

New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 14236 County Line Road, will host a memorial service and birthday celebration, sponsored by the Hernando NAACP, for the Rev. Spring Hill

Mariner United Methodist Church, 7079 Mariner Blvd., will have a yard sale from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday and Jan. 19. Items for sale include computers, printers, televisions, boutique items, jewelry, books, pictures, baskets, clothing and shoes, purses, household items, crafts, tools and yard items. Aglow International Spring Hill Chapter will have a breakfast meeting at 8:45 a.m. Jan. 21 at Atria Evergreen Woods, 7030 Evergreen Woods Trail. The speaker will be the Rev. Rachela Correlli.
