North Pinellas Religion for Jan. 29

Peace Memorial Presbyterian Church has announced a new monthly program called "Mission and a Meal," designed to educate the public on topics of interest in the community. The first gathering will be 6 to 7:30 p.m. today in Peace Memorial's Roebling Hall, 110 S Fort Harrison Ave., Clearwater.

Clearwater police Officers Selina Hyppolite and Ray Coze will discuss crime in Clearwater, how it's changed over the years and how the public can protect itself and assist law enforcement. Everyone is invited to attend and encouraged to bring a friend or neighbor.

A meal of hearty soup and bread will be served. Childcare will be provided.
