St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Sun City Center will offer a lecture on Balance Training and Rehab with a speaker from Innovative Senior Care at 10 a.m. Aug. 17 at 1239 Del Webb Blvd. W. First Baptist Brandon School of Fine Arts will begin its fall session Aug. 23 at 216 N Parsons Ave. The lessons offered include voice, piano, guitar, drums, flute, trumpet, saxophone, oboe and clarinet. United Community Church of Sun City Center is participating in "Backpacks of Hope" through Metropolitan Ministries to collect backpacks and school supplies for needy kids in the bay area.
