Who needs long pants while riding a unicycle? Not this kid, who braved the elements on his way to school in Farmington, Utah. A storm moving east Monday from California brought at least a foot of snow to Montana, Utah and Wyoming and created treacherous driving conditions. Icy conditions wreaked havoc in Northern Arizona, too.
