Fox Chapel Middle School focused on bullying last week, with activities that included the signing of an antibullying pledge, the distribution of ribbons, presentations by the Nature Coast Technical High School antibullying team, an antibullying rap and a poster contest.
"I think it's important that students recognize the dangers of bullying and how they themselves can step up to stop it," said Fox Chapel eighth-grade American history teacher and student government adviser Megan Schlechter.
Here, students show their unity during Dress for Success Day. All students were encouraged to dress up. The best-dressed students were selected by their teachers and asked to participate in a lunchtime fashion show.
