The father-and-son team of Peter, right, and Orion Goetzinger paint "Welcome to West Tampa" on a water tower near the corner of N Himes Avenue and Spruce Street on Thursday. (The finished design is shown at right.) The pair, from Sandpoint, Idaho, will use about 24 gallons of premium epoxy paint to create the murals on each side of the tower. Peter said designing them to look like cigar bands was his "attempt to honor Tampa's history." On the other side of the tower, the logo will read "Bienvenidos a West Tampa."
