TAMPA — Police are looking for a man who walked into a Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union branch Friday and threatened to shoot a customer if the teller didn't hand over money.

He was identified as 49-year-old Daniel Reeves Saturday and authorities have issued a warrant for his arrest, Tampa Police said.

At 4:55 p.m., Reeves walked into the credit union at 1920 E. Hillsborough Ave., and handed the teller a note demanding money, according to Tampa Police.

He signaled that he had a gun and instructed the teller to empty the drawer, police said. After the teller gave him some money, he ran from the bank.

Reeves is described as a white male in his mid-40s to early 50s, 5-foot-10 to 6-foot-1, 160 to 200 pounds with gaunt facial features, light brown hair, wearing khaki pants, black T-shirt, brown shoes and an orange two-tone pullover hoodie with black underneath.

If you have any information about this robbery, please call the Tampa Police Department (813) 931-6500.
