Commuters beware of lane closure on southbound Bruce B. Downs

TAMPA — A lane on part of southbound Bruce B. Downs Boulevard is temporarily closed while workers repair a faulty manhole cover.

The southbound center lane is closed between E Fletcher Avenue and E 132nd Avenue, according to the city of Tampa.

The city expects the lane to re-open by mid-morning Thursday, weather permitting.
