Dale Mabry ramp onto southbound I-275 set to temporarily close

TAMPA — The Dale Mabry Highway entrance ramp to southbound Interstate 275 is scheduled to be closed Monday night and Tuesday morning.

According to the state Department of Transportation, the ramp is set to be closed from 11:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

The closure was delayed a night because of rain.

The DOT says that drivers affected by the closure should take this detour:

Go west on Cypress Street to the entrance ramp just past the State Road 60 (Memorial Highway) overpass. Drivers who were planning to exit to westbound SR 60 from southbound I-275 can take Kennedy Boulevard west and continue under I-275 on SR 60 toward Tampa International Airport.
