Water main break causes road closure in Clearwater

CLEARWATER — City workers have closed a portion of North Fort Harrison Ave. due to a water main break.

The road has been closed between Eldridge and Jones streets, while utility crews work in the 600 block of N Fort Harrison Ave. to repair the break.

In a city-issued news release, officials said that work is expected to continue for the next several hours and advised drivers to take alternate routes.
