PORT RICHEY — A water main break was affecting service to about 500 homes in the Brown Acres East neighborhood Thursday evening, the Port Richey Police Department reported in a media release.
Police said service "will be restored as soon as possible," after which there will be a boil water notice.
No other information was available Thursday night.
