Tampa Bay's stretch of unseasonably warm weather is about to end.
A cold front headed this way promises much cooler temperatures.
"This is pretty much our last warm partly sunny day," said Bay News 9 meteorologist Juli Marquez.
Temperatures on Wednesday will remain within the upper 70s to lower 80s, Marquez said.
But on Thursday as the cold front moves in, high temperatures will be in the low 70s with a 40 percent chance of rain.
By Friday morning, temperatures will dip into the 40s and climb only to the mid to upper 60s throughout the day.
Through the weekend, forecasters expect temperatures to resume a more seasonal pattern, with daytime highs around 70 and overnight lows in the mid 50s.
