A soggy workweek is ahead across Tampa Bay as decent chances for scattered storms remain consistent over the next several days.
Skies will be partly cloudy Monday morning with a round of afternoon showers and thunderstorms likely firing up around 3 or 4 p.m., according to 10Weather WTSP meteorologist Ric Kearbey.

A slight cool front, dropping in from the north and west, will combine with increasing moisture to help fuel the high rain and storm chances, Kearbey said.

But even with the rain, it will still feel hot.
Highs are expected to reach 90 across the region, but acute humidity levels will make it feel more like 100.
