Winds will begin to pick up, helping to usher in the cold front, and will remain strong and gusty throughout the next couple of days, 10Weather WTSP meteorologist Ashley Batey said.

"Saturday morning is when we are going to see some of the coolest temperatures with overnight lows in most spots in the 40s and some upper 30s for the Nature Coast," Batey said. "So, not the blast of cold the models were indicating earlier in the week, but we'll still be off to a chilly start in the mornings."

Thursday's temperatures climb to the low-70s, while Friday won't get out of the 60s.
