The remnants of Hurricane Humberto, the 2013 season's first hurricane, reorganized Monday morning and regained its tropical storm classification.
The storm is still located far southeast of North America and isn't expected to impact land. It was moving west-northwest Monday at 8 mph, according to the National Hurricane Center.
Hurricane Ingrid made landfall in Eastern Mexico Monday.
The season's second hurricane brought heavy wind and rain to Mexico this weekend, claiming lives and causing flooding.
The storm was forecasted to move west or northwest and dissipate through Monday. Forecasters Monday morning expected it to be downgraded to a tropical depression by the end of the day.
