Northern section of Suncoast Trail open
The northern section of the Suncoast Trail has reopened to bicycle and pedestrian traffic, the Hernando County Parks and Recreation Department announced Friday.
The Suncoast Trail, which runs parallel to the Suncoast Parkway, had been closed from Centralia Road to U.S. 98 earlier in the week because of flooding.
The parkway remains open to traffic.
