The first week of August will bring high temperatures and high rain chances, and a hurricane too, for good measure.
Bay News 9 Meteorologist Juli Marquez said temperatures will remain in the low to mid-90s all week, with overnight lows in the high 70s.
Monday and Tuesday will carry the week's highest rain chances at 50 percent. Most of those showers will happen in the afternoon, Marquez said. But beginning Tuesday, a developing area of low pressure could mean showers or thunderstorms in the morning as well.
Rain chances Wednesday will be 30 percent and will climb back to 40 percent Thursday and Friday.
