The beginning of the week will mark a return to temperatures in the 70s, forecasters say — a warm relief to Tampa Bay residents after a chilly weekend.
Monday will still start with overnight frost in some areas, said Bay News 9 meteorologist Diane Kacmarik. But daytime highs nonetheless will climb into the low- to mid-70s.
Tuesday looks to be the warmest day of the upcoming week, with temperatures reaching the upper 70s.
A weak front will drop Wednesday's temperatures down a few degrees while also bringing in the possibility of rain, she said.
