TAMPA — The forecast for the next couple of days calls for more storms but lower temperatures. Toward the end of the week it will be hotter and drier.

WTSP 10Weather meteorologist Bobby Deskins said high temperatures will hover between 88 and 90 Tuesday, with a 50 percent chance of rain. Scattered storms started early this morning and will move east of I-75 through the afternoon and taper off from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Wednesday will see similar temperatures and rain chances, but highs are expected to reach 92 on Thursday and 95 on Friday, while the rain chance will go down to 20 to 30 percent both days.
