• It's special session time again in Tallahassee! Less than two months after wrapping up a gathering on congressional redistricting which fizzled into consensus to do nothing, the state Legislature is back at it. This time, lawmakers will tackle redistricting state Senate maps. The session convenes at noon followed by concurrent meetings at 2 p.m. held by separate Senate and House committees to discuss six base maps being considered.
