Packing an umbrella is not a bad idea today. The weather forecast calls for a 60 percent chance of rain, with scattered thunderstorms, according to WTSP 10Weather.

• Sen. Marco Rubio will be in the Tampa Bay area Monday for a private lunch meeting/fundraiser with Hillsborough Republican insiders. Afterward, he'll head to the Villages to meet with voters.
