Atria chefs from Atria Windsor Woods, Atria Evergreen Woods, Atria Lutz and Atria Park of Baypoint Village went head-to-head in the fifth-annual Chef Showdown held July 24 at Atria Windsor Woods in Hudson. The cooking face-off had only one rule -- all recipes had to include the pepper. The competition was judged by a panel of senior advisers, residents and guests. The winner was Chef Mike Tate from Atria Evergreen Woods, whose sweet cream stuffed chocolate dipped peppers won over the panel.
