CLEARWATER — Former U.S. Rep. David Jolly will host a ceremony to honor veterans this Memorial Day.

The ceremony will take place Monday at the Florida Veterans Memorial Plaza at Crest Lake Park. It’s sponsored by the Tampa Bay Veterans Alliance, according to a news release by the city of Clearwater.

“Residents are invited to salute veterans and honor the courageous men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our great nation,” the release said.

Also in attendance will be keynote speaker Keith Blair from Air Station Clearwater.

The ceremony starts at 9:30 a.m., and it will end at 1 p.m.
