Harris & Hunt, P.A. is proud to announce that CeCe Ingle, senior paralegal, was selected as Florida’s Legal Support Specialist of the Year at the Florida Legal Association of Support Specialists’ Annual Meeting on April 20, 2012.
The Florida Association of Legal Support Specialists (FALSS) is a non-profit organization formed in 1998 to support and promote the legal profession for individuals who are pursuing professional excellence. FALSS has 15 chartered chapters and its members meet once a month, wherein they have guest speakers and conduct the membership meeting. The St. Petersburg Association of Legal Support Specialists (SPALSS) supports the community by making contributions to the Community Law Program, a non-profit organization that serves the civil legal needs of low-income and disadvantaged individuals, as well as a St. Petersburg College scholarship for their paralegal program.
As the acting treasurer of SPALSS, CeCe Ingle has been a member of the group since 2006-2007 and enjoys belonging to such a wonderful organization. She was named the Legal Support Specialist of the Year for St. Petersburg’s Chapter of the Association of Legal Support Specialists for 2009-2012.
CeCe’s involvement in the Lawyers for Literacy mentoring program was one of the many reasons for her recognition as Florida’s 2011-2012 Legal Support Specialist of the Year. The Legal Support Specialist of the Year Award was established in 2001 to recognize those individuals that maintain a full time legal support position, volunteer in the community, as well as help to support local charities and legal education.
