Fowler White Boggs Expands Trusts and Estates Practice in Tampa

Fowler White Boggs is pleased to announce that Rose K. Wilson has joined the firm’s Tampa office

Tampa, FL – Fowler White Boggs is pleased to announce that Rose K. Wilson has joined the firm’s Tampa office as a shareholder and will practice in the Tax, Trusts and Estates Practice Group.

Ms. Wilson is a tax attorney whose practice focuses on estate and business planning.  In her practice, Ms. Wilson handles buy-sell agreements, defective grantor trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, wills and revocable trusts, beneficiary defective trusts, asset protection trusts, partnership agreements, conflict of interest and whistleblower policies, charitable trusts, and trust reformation. 

In addition, Ms. Wilson has particular transactional experience that includes negotiating business succession plans and sales of businesses; assisting with formation, restructuring and dissolution of for-profit and nonprofit entities; preparing complex estate plans for high net worth clients with estates of up to $500 million; handling IRS audits of gift and estate tax returns and tax-exempt organizations.

Prior to joining Fowler White Boggs, Ms. Wilson was a shareholder with Chamberlain Hrdlicka in Atlanta, Georgia.  She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court and licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Arkansas.  Ms. Wilson attended the University of Florida where she earned her Master of Laws in Taxation, her Juris Doctor, cum laude, as well as a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Accounting.
