St. Joseph’s Hospitals Celebrate Women’s Health with Two Events

St. Joseph’s Hospitals are celebrating women’s health with two special events during “Month of the Woman.” Events in Tampa and Lutz are designed to offer women a comfortable and entertaining setting to speak about important health issues.

Top Women’s Health Issues: Outsmart Your Health Pitfalls

Join keynote speaker, St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital Nurse Navigator Carol Paschall and a panel of medical experts for a roundtable discussion about important Women’s health and wellness issues. Discussions will include an overview of women’s health guidelines, including adult immunizations, age appropriate screening recommendations and general disease prevention measures. A round table panel will include: four specialty physicians and surgeons in the areas of dermatology, urology, rheumatology, vascular surgery, etc. Call (813) 443-3078 to register. Cheers to Your Health: A Special Evening Devoted to Health and Wellness

Bring a girlfriend, your mom or sister and enjoy an evening learning about women’s health. Relax with a glass of wine and appetizers during a welcome reception followed by presentations from keynote speakers and roundtable discussions on topics such as hormone replacement, varicose veins, heart disease, incontinence and self-esteem. A physician question and answer session will close the night with experts in the areas of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Psychology, Cardiology, Urology and Vascular Surgery.
