50+ new films will be screened at 19th Annual Independents’ Film Festival September 6 – 8
TAMPA, Fla. - The Tampa Bay Arts & Education Network's 19th Annual Independents’ Film Festival (IFF) is coming September 6, 7 & 8th to the Wyndham Tampa Westshore and will feature the best new independent films including Christopher Mihm’s spooky new love letter to William Castle, House of Ghosts, funny and incredibly polished animations from Ringling, a fairy tale animation that took 15 years to make, and the sweet life in a small Italian town.
13 screenings, 7 workshops, 2 parties, location tours of Tampa Bay for filmmakers, 30 + local, national and international filmmakers and hundred’s of film-crazed fans…..that’s the 2012 IFF.
Best of all is the IFF’s intimate setting and friendly atmosphere that stimulates conversation, networking, and the incubation of creative partnerships. “It’s a fun, conference-like atmosphere,” said Connie Paul, Director of Group Sales for Wyndham Tampa Westshore. “We’re encouraging people to stay for the whole event by making this unique opportunity affordable with a special IFF rate of two-room nights and an VIP pass for $225.
