Dozier School for Boys

|
What became of the Dozier class of '88? Out of 180 boys, all but six were rearrested. Ninety-seven percent found their way back into trouble, an abysmal recidivism rate, according to juvenile justice experts. Most have long criminal histories. Fifty-one of the 180 were prison 21 years later. Their criminal histories are a testament to a program that failed. Their victims span the state.
