For years, Steve and Angela Atherton have been struggling to pay their bills. They and their kids have lived in a van, with neighbors and finally moved into a fixer upper house Steve is working on. But in September, their power and water got turned off ... and a social worker decided the house was unfit to keep the kids in. All six kids got taken away from their parents and sent to Sallie House at the Salvation Army. After completing a case plan, they got the kids back.
