The indictments, made public this morning, accuse Bobby Thompson and Tampa associate Blanca Contreras of corruption, money laundering and stealing more than $1 million through the multimillion-dollar U.S. Navy Veterans Association charity they ran for nearly a decade from an Ybor City duplex.
