Dontae Morris gets a message home from Hillsborough jail, with help from Andre Watkins
At the Orient Road Jail, Humberto Delgado, Dontae Morris, Edward Covington and Andre Watkins are all accused of murder. All share a cluster of solitary cells while awaiting trial, neighbors in these cells cannot socialize face-to-face and have little contact with the outside world. But they share walls and air vents. That must have been how Andre Watkins knew to call Dontae Morris' grandmother with a message.
