The Bucs wrapped up their player-organized minicamp this morning with a single practice at IMG Academies in Bradenton, and the overwhelming sentiment offered was one of satisfaction with the results. "You get to see where you're at shape-wise, compared to where your teammates are at," defensive tackle Gerald McCoy said. ". . . Then, you just get to see how guys have been doing. You come together as a family, which is what I think a team is. If you (form) a team the right way, it's supposed to be a family. We worked on that family atmosphere with the Bucs."
