The Louisville Cardinals dealt a serious blow to the USF Bulls' bowl hopes, rallying from a 17-3 deficit to win 34-24 Friday at Raymond James Stadium. The Bulls (5-6, 1-5 Big East) must beat West Virginia Thursday to become eligible for a bowl.
