Proposed baseball stadium at Carillon

St. Petersburg developer Darryl LeClair and his CityScape group present their plans for a new baseball stadium for the Tampa Bay Rays at Carillon Business Park.

The developers hope their plan will break a long standoff between the city and the Tampa Bay Rays over the future of baseball in the region.
